Grant, MI – American Classic was proud to work with this family to give this home a face lift.  This home sits on a quiet country road.  Passersby's may have not noticed this small ranch before.  TODAY this home shines with CHARM.  We installed Certainteed Vinyl Siding in Pacific Blue, stone is Plygem Stones Shadow Ledge, and replaced all the windows using Northstar Windows.

Unique Roof Shines in Saugatuck

Saugatuck, MI – This quaint home in Saugatuck is almost ready for the homeowners to settle in.  We are proud to have installed the CertainTeed Landmark Shingles in Moire Black on this Roof.  The metal accent roof our crew also installed is Matte Black Striated Steel.  This beautiful home is full of character and charm from the Peak of the Roof to the landscaping that will be completed soon.

Rockford, MI – This beautiful home is close to finishing its beautiful exterior.  As our siding crew was wrapping up they snapped this picture to capture the roof and the siding.  This home has been roofed with CertainTeed’s Landmark Shingles in Moire Black and the siding, board & batten, and shake are Variform’s Twilight Shadow.  We are excited to see how this home’s exterior will look once the mason arrives to add the stone.  One thing is for sure: this Rockford home will have amazing curb appeal.
