Lowell, MI: Recently, American Classic was given the opportunity to assist the owner of this Historic School House to remodel the exterior. We were excited to assist in refreshing the curb appeal of this beautiful landmark. Our crews refreshed the siding with James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding with a woodgrain texture. Each window was trimmed to add to their character. The crew also finished out the newly added welcoming front porch. This was a fun project to be a part of! Now passerby can't help by notice this restored school house.

Lakeshore A-Frame
Every house has a story. When you’re on the lake shore you want your house to stand out amongst the rest as the boaters are motoring by. This already adored A-Frame on the channel between Muskegon Lake and Lake Michigan was in need of a face lift. American Classic’s crew came in and made this A-frame stand out and get noticed with a reside renovation. Now as you motor through the channel you can’t help but take note of this beautiful home.
