Roof, Stone, and Gutters Installed in Ada, MI
Stone added to the exterior of a building can bring a lot of character to a home.
At this home, American Classic installed the shingles, metal accent roof (not seen in pictures), gutters, and stone.
The shingles installed are CertainTeed Landmark Moire Black shingles. The accent roof is Firestone Uni-clad 24 Gauge 16” Reveal Striated Black Metal. The gutters are white. The stone is Stonecraft Ledgestone Pennsylvania.
Coopers Landing Apartments in Kalamazoo
American Classic is proud to have installed the shingles, siding, stone, and gutters at the Coopers Landing Apartments Buildings in Kalamazoo, MI.
On this particular building, the following was installed:

Increased Curb Appeal on House in Grand Rapids, MI
This home in Grand Rapids needed some help from American Classic to boost its curb appeal.
An American Classic Crew arrived and first installed new shingles. The shingles installed were CertainTeed Landmark Georgetown Grey.
Next, the new siding was installed. The siding was PlyGem Variform Contractor’s Choice D4 in Pacific Blue.
New doors from ThermaTru were also installed.
