The landscape surrounding GVSU’s campus in Allendale continues to change as more and more student housing is built. We are excited to be a part of such tremendous growth in Allendale. The new student housing building is nestled in amongst other apartment buildings. The American Classic Crews installed IKO Shingles in Driftwood and will soon complete the siding (Variform’s Vinyl Siding in Twilight Shadow).

Summer is usually the time we see a lot of pole barns being built. This pole barn is set in beautiful Alto, MI. Our crew Roofed this pole barn using CertainTeed Landmark Shingles in Cobblestone Gray and installed white Drip Edge as well.

The Shingles are Highland Slate's Black, the Stone is a mix of Alpine Mist and Mystic, the siding is Pacific Blue, and the Gutters match the siding color.

American Classic is excited to be able to show our customers this drone video of a home which received some TLC this past summer. American Classic supplied and installed new shingles, siding, stone, gutters, and windows. They also were able to build an overhang for the front door.
The Shingles are CertainTeed Pewter, the siding is Brunswick D4 with Pewter Shake, the Stone is Shadow Ledgestone Chardonnay, the Gutters match the soffit with Classic Cream, and the Windows are part of NorthStar's Vinyl 1000 Series.

On this new home in Lowell we installed Certainteed’s Landmark Moire Black Shingles and the metal accent roofs are a Striated Metal in Slate Gray. We hope that this family enjoys many years and makes tons of memories in this beautiful home.
